Our brand-new toilet & facilities building open July 2024.  The modern spacious building has been constructed from sustainable materials where possible, incorporates renewable energy with a 51 panel 20.5 kWh Photovoltaic Array (Solar Panels) with battery storage, and takes advantage of various energy efficient measures including air source heat pump technology, LED lighting, underfloor heating and mechanical heat recovery ventilation along with water saving features.  

Male & Female Blocks

All guests are welcome to use our modern toilet and shower facilities, which feature thermostatically controlled hot water and underfloor heating.

The separate male and female facilities offer spacious toilets and showers, each equipped with six hot showers, changing benches, shaver power points, and hand dryers. Additionally, the female block includes a hair drying station.

Accessible Toilet & Shower Room

We offer two dedicated accessible rooms: one equipped with toilet facilities only, and the other with both shower and toilet facilities. Both rooms feature a pull cord alarm system that sounds an alarm and activates a light to signal that assistance is needed.

Family Shower Room

Our family shower room features a spacious shower area with a glass screen, allowing you to keep an eye on the little ones. It also includes a changing bench and baby changing facilities, complete with waste disposal.

Wash-up

Our wash-up area includes four deep sinks, making it easy to handle all your dishes at once. You'll also find recycling and general waste bins conveniently located within this space.

Laundry

Our brand-new laundry facility offers two washing machines and two tumble dryers available 24 hours a day.

-       Washing machines – approximate 1 hour per cycle - £4 per wash

-       Tumble dryer – approximate 40mins drying time for light load - £1 per 10 mins

-       All machines accept 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 & £2 coins

Fridge & Freezer

After a long day on the road or hiking, we understand the importance of keeping your drinks chilled and freezing your ice packs. Fridge and freezer facilities are available 24 hours a day located in the laundry room.

Phone charging

If you’ve been caught short on battery you can charge your phone here at our dedicated phone charging station also within the laundry room – Use pin code to lock - £2 per use (£1 coins only)

Wi-fi

We have free wi-fi for guests across the site.  Guests will be provided with the wi-fi password on check-in
